Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund (excluding any processing fees). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental amount. Non-Refundable Cases: Cancellations made after delivery or during the rental period will not be eligible for a refund. If the equipment has been damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted before processing any applicable refunds. Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Requests: Requests to reschedule the delivery or rental period must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹500. Changes to Rental Period: If the rental duration is extended, the additional charges will be added to the final invoice. For shorter rental periods, a minimum rental fee may still apply. Delivery Rescheduling: If delivery has already been attempted and rescheduling is requested, an additional delivery fee will apply for subsequent attempts.
